30 Day Return Policy
At OverstockJeweler.com our return policy is 30 days:
To process a return please use your original order number as your return
authorization number. If your order was placed over the phone, please write,
“phone order” on the outside of the box. This is your return authorization
number.
NOTE: International orders may not be returned for refund. If your product
is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email
us for instructions

Your items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Items received
after 30 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped
back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season: Orders placed
between November 1-December 25 can be returned until January 15.
In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original
condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers with
all tags still attached. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in
its original condition, thus we will return such items to you. If you reject
that return shipment, Overstockjeweler.com reserves the right to liquidate
the inventory and withhold your credit and all costs related to return shipping
must be paid by the customer.
When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item. The
original and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. Your credit
will be processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to
the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the
item and credit issued. checks.
Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, Diner’s Paypal At this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

USPS Global Express Mail is available to more than
61 countries including Canada. Click

must be paid via Paypal. If your order is not paid via Paypal, it will be declined
automatically, as our system will not accept international credit cards. If

To order, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
Complete your shipping, billing, and contact information as requested.
Under payment method, select Paypal. # Under shipping method select International
Express Mail $25.
Click “Continue” to proceed to order review page.
Review and Submit order. # Your order is still not complete. One more step
is required. Make a note of your order number and click the paypal link at
the top of the page. When the paypal screen opens, simply paste your order
number or your name into the “payment for” field and complete your paypal
payment.

We ship only after we receive payment from Paypal.
If your order is not paid via Paypal, it will be declined automatically,
as our system will not process international credit cards.
Most International orders will ship in 2-5 business days after payment is received from
Paypal. All International orders are shipped by USPS Global Express Mail. This is a quick delivery method, but delivery times
may vary depending on your country. The average delivery time is usually about
7-10 business days. We cannot be held responsible for courier shipping delays.
Please keep in mind that we do our best to have your order delivered as quickly
as possible.
Customer pays all customs fees of their country. This may involve being
required to pay the postal delivery person when your package is delivered.
International orders may not be returned for refund. If your product is
damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email
us for instructions.
Shipping Rates
Free Ground Shipping is applicable on all orders over $99. This site automatically
defaults to ground service.
Example: Express Checkout select your shipping option and

Price varies slightly depending on your shipping address. All orders are shipped
from New York City. East coast shipping prices are on the lower end and West
coast on the higher end.
Who will deliver my order?
Overstockjeweler.com uses UPS service and USPS Global Express Mail. You will
receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
The status of your order can be checked on Yahoo through the link on your confirmation
order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking
number. You can also go to the WWW.UPS.COM and enter tracking number. For international
orders go to www.USPS.com and enter tracking number.
When will my order leave the warehouse?
Most items are guaranteed to leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Through
email you will receive notification that your order has been shipped. If there
is a delay you will be contacted immediately.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping charges are refunded only
If carrier loses package
An item was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
We ship an incorrect item
Product was damaged during shipping
if we reship an item in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.
Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. We offer premium next day and 2nd day air service for select items for
an additional charge. Please call this toll free number 1-800-586-0020 to see
if an item is available for this particular service. You may select premium
delivery service options at checkout and at that time additional shipping charges
are automatically added.

State law requires that internet retailers collect sales tax in states in which
